KALE

Dwarf kale is more tender compared to other kales. Wonderful for salads and light cooking.

SPINACH

Most popular as a baby leaf for salad and braising mixes, or bunch at full size. Mild flavor and tender texture.

RAINBOW CHARD

Leaves are tender and have a taste similar to beet greens and spinach. Blend of red, pink, white, yellow and gold stems.

CELERY

Baby celery has an intense celery flavor that is much stronger than that mature celery heads.

WATERCRESS

Slightly peppery and tender. Great gourmet salad and sandwich vegetable.

BOK CHOY

Mild flavor with a very slight peppery taste. Tender and great in salad and braising green mixes.

ESCAROLE

Dense, heavy heads of mildly bitter leaves suitable for salads or sautéing. A nutty, mildly bitter taste.
