Try these delicious and healthy lettuce wraps, using Asian ingredients and fresh produce from Beyond Organic Growers.


2 Large Chicken Breasts
1 Head Beyond Organic Bibb Lettuce
2 Large Carrots – Julienne
Half Onion – Julienne
Beyond Organic Sunflower Microgreens
Beyond Organic Garlic Chives


1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Red Pepper Flake
Fresh Ground Pepper

Sriracha Mayo:

1/2 Cup – Mayo
1 Tbsp – Sriracha
1/2 Tbsp – Honey
Juice 1/2 Lime
Salt and Pepper


For sriracha mayo – mix all ingredients together thoroughly, refrigerate and set aside. For marinade, mix all ingredients and set aside. Take the chicken a dice into small pieces (about 1/8 inch square). Take the diced chicken and place into marinade and let sit for 1 hour. While chicken is marinading, separate Bibb lettuce leaves, julienne carrots and the onion, and mince the garlic chives.

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and saute until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and add in the leftover marinade. Cook marinade down until thick (about 5-7 minutes) and add chicken back in. Let simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until sauce coats chicken.

To build your wrap, take a leaf of Bibb lettuce and fill with juicy chicken. Top with julienne carrot, onion and sunflower microgreen. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and garnish with garlic chives. Eat and enjoy!
